The Paalay Kay Maria this year ended with the children who participated more eager to come next year. The participants, aged 6 years old and above, not only became spiritually nourished with the Catechism, but also gained new friends from different communities. A big thanks to all who supported the Paalay Kay Maria – the Pastoral community coordinators, the sponsors and youth volunteers and especially to the Catechists for their selflessness in sharing the good works of the church.

On March 19, 2016, Archbishop Socrates Villegas, President of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines and Ordinary of the Archdiocese of Lingayen, Dagupan, released a statement regarding the restoration of the posture of kneeling during the entire Eucharistic Prayer until right before the Lord’s Prayer of the Mass.
