February 14, 2018 ~ St. Peregrine Diocesan Shrine/ Mary Madelynn Cruz. Ash Wednesday is considered a day of cleansing the soul before the Season of Lent begins. Church-goers have their foreheads marked with a cross by the ashes of the palms blessed at last year’s Palm Sunday to symbolize the repentance of sins.

SYAW and SKAW which stands for Servite Youth/Children Animators of the Word was created in the 3rd week of January by their Spiritual Director, Fr. Ador Javier having the same date in celebrating the Feast of Sto. Nino.

The St. Peregrine Laziosi Parish’s Commission on Youth held a General Assembly catering to the 2018 Year of the Clergy and Consecrated Persons and launching of “UNITE” which was formerly known as the “Tambay sa Bahay ni Peregrino” – a monthly gathering of the youth for fellowship and woship.
