The publication started and the group was formed in January 2001 on Epiphany Sunday. It was founded by a priest belonging to the Order of the Servants of Mary (OSM).
Through the years, members have come and gone but in total, ~50 individuals have been part of the team. These young individuals in their own time have been active at the St Peregrine Laziosi Parish ‐ Muntinlupa, serving not only as young prophets as they were fondly considered by the team’s early spiritual directors but also as Animators, Cathechists, Lectors, and Commentators. Members have recognized that their participation in the team had, if not, continues to be instrumental in their formation as Christians, responsible individuals, and upright citizens.
It is a noble and remarkable legacy NeoJ spiritual directors – past and present – are imparting to the youth of our Parish as they continue to assist them in their spiritual growth. They fulfill their priestly responsibilities to these young people, who in turn fulfill theirs as they impart the good news to their families and friends, and even to the juvenile delinquents they visit weekly at the National Bilibid Prison.
This is a testament to how God is working through and among his people!

“Saksi Sila, Saksi Ka, Saksi Tayo” Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord – June 2, 2019
“Tinutupad ang Pangako” Sixth Sunday of Easter ~ May 26, 2019
“Malayo Man, Malapit Din” Sixth Sunday of Easter ~ May 26, 2019
Malayo man, malapit din. Maraming uri ng...
“LOVE: Our Christian ID” 5th Sunday of Easter ~ May 19, 2019
Christianity is a religion of Love. Our religion is built and founded on love, she (the Church) is founded on God who is Love (1 Jn 4:8,16). The reason why our faith survived despite constant persecutions to the members by the powerful since the beginning is that of...
“Friday Feel Like Monday into Thank – God Everyday” 4th Sunday of Easter – May 12, 2019
It was a Friday-like Monday. You got up late, left home without any breakfast, jeepneys were all full, the traffic as usual was heavy. At work, deadlines were screaming as you see mountains of tasks to finish. It was a waste of your precious time to savor lunch nor...
“As One” 4th Sunday of Easter – May 12, 2019
Isn’t it nice when someone remembers your name or when you are called by your name and the fact that knows something about you definitely cares for you? Today, we heard Jesus speak words that give us that kind of warm feeling that we have when someone knows your name,...
“Pagkabuhay Hatid ay Kapayapaan at Kapatawaran” 2nd Sunday of Easter ~ April 28, 2019
“The Hopeful and Patient Gardener” 3rd Sunday in Lent ~ March 24, 2019
In the parable of the fig tree, the owner of the garden represents God himself. He came in search for fruit after waiting for the fig tree for three years. Yet again, he found none. “So cut it down. Why should it exhaust the soil?" But the gardener reasoned out to...
“By No Means! Bear Fruit” 3rd Sunday in Lent ~ March 24, 2019
Two stories from everyday life. Two calls to repent and to change the direction of one’s life. Within nine verses, we encounter the humility, compassion and patience of God alongside a warning that we will perish if we do not repent. In today’s gospel, it begins with...
“Rooting For and In Christ” 3rd Sunday in Lent ~ March 24, 2019
In a life where formation revolving around the word of God has been a constancy, one must already feel totally confident that they can overcome sin. With sin that poises like a welcoming reunion every time, the comfort of an old self doing the same thing over and over...
