The publication started and the group was formed in January 2001 on Epiphany Sunday. It was founded by a priest belonging to the Order of the Servants of Mary (OSM).
Through the years, members have come and gone but in total, ~50 individuals have been part of the team. These young individuals in their own time have been active at the St Peregrine Laziosi Parish ‐ Muntinlupa, serving not only as young prophets as they were fondly considered by the team’s early spiritual directors but also as Animators, Cathechists, Lectors, and Commentators. Members have recognized that their participation in the team had, if not, continues to be instrumental in their formation as Christians, responsible individuals, and upright citizens.
It is a noble and remarkable legacy NeoJ spiritual directors – past and present – are imparting to the youth of our Parish as they continue to assist them in their spiritual growth. They fulfill their priestly responsibilities to these young people, who in turn fulfill theirs as they impart the good news to their families and friends, and even to the juvenile delinquents they visit weekly at the National Bilibid Prison.
This is a testament to how God is working through and among his people!

“Kagalakan Bunga ng Pagsilang” Solemnity of the Birth of St. John the Baptist ~ June 24, 2018
Hindi palaging totoo ang sinabi ng manunulat, "When you were born, you were crying and everyone else was smiling." Bagama't madalas na ang pagsilang ng isang sanggol ay nagdudulot ng tuwa, may mga pagkakataong nagbubunga rin ito ng takot, pangamba, galit at...
“Magtiyaga” 11th Sunday in Ordinary Time ~ June 17, 2018
Winika ni San Alfonso, “Great works arise from weak beginnings.”
“Walang Hanggang Pasasalamat” Holy Body and Blood of Christ ~ June 3, 2018
“Divine Mystery, Divine Communion” Trinity Sunday ~ May 27, 2018
We are baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Making the sign of the cross is a great way to thank God for our baptism and to remember the Most Holy Trinity in a very personal way. To reflect the wondrous mystery of the Holy Trinity...
“Alive Within Us” Pentecost Sunday ~ May 20, 2018
There are times in our lives when our confidence are shattered or when we know what we need to do, however we are so down and we can't think enough to work our way out because we lack courage and energy to move forward. We may find ourselves fearful and confused in...
“Christian Goal” Ascension Sunday ~ May 13, 2018
When asked about my life goals, I tend not to fully state what I want to do, or I want to achieve. I guess my plans in life are far from what I should be really aiming for. Today, this gospel reminds me of the mission I am entrusted with : "go to the whole world and...
“Remaining in Christ, Remaining in Love” 6th Sunday of Easter – May 06, 2018
Growing up, in all the retreats and recollections I have attended, I have proudly regarded Jesus Christ as my friend; in Him I have confided everything, from the shallowest story down to my most painful memories. But things took a turn when we reflected on today's...
“Ano ang Kabutihan ng Pastol?” 4th Sunday of Easter, April 22, 2018
Bakit nga ba tinatawag na mabuting Pastol? Anu-ano ba ang mga katangiang taglay niya? Anu-ano ang konkretong pagpapahayag ng kanyang kabutihan? Batay sa ebanghelyo sa linggong ito tatlo ang katangian ng Mabuting Pastol : nakilala ang mga tupa, nagmamalasakit at...
“Together at the Table” 3rd Sunday of Easter – April 15, 2018
"While they were still incredulous for joy and were amazed, he asked them, "Have you anything here to eat?" They gave him a piece of baked fish; he took it and ate it in front of them." (Lk 24: 41-43 ). While meals can certainly be a way of obtaining calories and...
“Divine Comfort” 2nd Sunday of Easter April 08,2018
Peace be with you! Jesus greets His disciples with peace not just once but three times. Our Lord always brings us assurance of His love and mercy despite of our doubts and fears. Jesus gives us peace wrapped up in loving God, ever ready to embrace and forgive us....
