On October 24, 2026, the Atrium of St. Alexis Formation House became a place of prayer, devotion, and thanksgiving as students, faculty, parishioners, and members of the community gathered for the Marian Homage, a beautiful tribute to our Blessed Mother, Mary.

The celebration began with the prayerful reflection on the Joyful Mysteries of the Holy Rosary, inviting everyone to contemplate Mary’s loving presence in the life of Jesus and in our own journey of faith. As each mystery was prayed, participants were reminded of God’s enduring faithfulness and Mary’s humble and faithful “yes” to His divine will.

Following the rosary, voices united in song as the congregation offered heartfelt Marian hymns, filling the atmosphere with reverence, joy, and gratitude. Through these hymns, the faithful expressed their love and devotion to the Mother of God, deepening their bond as one praying community.

A meaningful highlight of the celebration was the offering of flowers to Our Lady. Each bloom represented prayers, thanksgiving, hopes, and intentions lovingly entrusted to Mary’s maternal intercession. The colorful floral tribute stood as a beautiful symbol of the community’s faith and affection for the Blessed Mother.

The Marian Homage concluded with a moving shower of petals before the image of Mary. As the petals gently descended, they symbolized the love, gratitude, and devotion of her children, creating a memorable and prayerful conclusion to the celebration.

The Marian Homage served as a powerful reminder of Mary’s constant presence in our lives and her invitation to draw ever closer to her Son, Jesus Christ. Through her example of faith, humility, and obedience, may we continue to grow in holiness and trust in God’s plan each day.

“Blessed Mother Mary, guide us, protect us, and lead us always to Jesus.”
