The publication started and the group was formed in January 2001 on Epiphany Sunday. It was founded by a priest belonging to the Order of the Servants of Mary (OSM).
Through the years, members have come and gone but in total, ~50 individuals have been part of the team. These young individuals in their own time have been active at the St Peregrine Laziosi Parish ‐ Muntinlupa, serving not only as young prophets as they were fondly considered by the team’s early spiritual directors but also as Animators, Cathechists, Lectors, and Commentators. Members have recognized that their participation in the team had, if not, continues to be instrumental in their formation as Christians, responsible individuals, and upright citizens.
It is a noble and remarkable legacy NeoJ spiritual directors – past and present – are imparting to the youth of our Parish as they continue to assist them in their spiritual growth. They fulfill their priestly responsibilities to these young people, who in turn fulfill theirs as they impart the good news to their families and friends, and even to the juvenile delinquents they visit weekly at the National Bilibid Prison.
This is a testament to how God is working through and among his people!

“Fire Tests Gold” First Sunday of Lent – March 10, 2019
The decisions we make are reflections of who we are. Whether we say sorry or not, it shows our pride. Whether we forgive or not, it shows our capacity to love. Everyday, we make decisions and each of these decisions contributes in building our identity. In some...
“Don’t Judge; See Jesus” 8th Sunday in Ordinary Time ~ March 03, 2019
Have you ever caught yourself asking why other people behave badly? Or thought of why others cannot see the perspective they should be seeing? Or rather how people still sin despite the pleasant disposition they have? If yes, it is surely that in one way or another,...
“Walang Depende Pag Tama” 8th Sunday in Ordinary Time ~ March 03, 2019
“No Exemptions” 7th Sunday in Ordinary Time ~ February 24, 2019
A child had just come home from school. He came rushing to his mother and started crying. "What happened, anak? Did the bullies tease you again?" Then the child cried even louder and began sobbing. The mother immediately held her son into an embrace. She already knew...
“God’s Promises” 6th Sunday in Ordinary Time ~ February 17, 2019
Have you ever feel that God seems to forsake you? Each of us has our own problems and trials. These may be problems from failures in work, family, relationships that can be just small trials like heavy traffic and being late at school or work. As Christians, God did...
“Iiwan ang Lahat” 5th Sunday in Ordinary Time – February 10, 2019
Nais kong ibahagi ang magandang pagninilay na nabasa ko sa isang aklat na pinamagatang Bringing the Word to Life. Wika ng may-akda na si Michael R. Kent, "Life has no greater wish than to endow us with its favors but also demands that we give up certain things to...
“The Most Special Encounter” 5th Sunday in Ordinary Time – February 10, 2019
Simon Peter represents each one of us. At some point in our life, in such a mysterious way we unexpectedly meet God. And for Simon Peter, it was on a low day during his work as a fisherman. He has worked hard all day and yet still has caught nothing. Maybe our...
“Obedience as a Proof of Faith” 4th Sunday in Ordinary Time ~ February 3, 2019
Today we live in a world where everybody has the right to share their opinions, we're in a generation where fame almost becomes the standard so you can be called successful and it does define your social worth, a generation where in being ignored means you're not...
“Christ’s Mission is Our Salvation” 3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time ~ January 26, 2019
As a baptized Christian in our generation today, are we willing to take our part in Christ’s ministry? Today, we heard in our Gospel that Jesus received His mission as He was about to start in His ministry, upon entering the synagogue, He received a scroll from the...
“Biyaya sa Pagsunod” Feast of the Sto. Nino – January 20, 2019
