The St. Peregrine Parish and Diocesan Shrine successfully held its 2026 Parish Pastoral Planning on February 7–8 at La Traviesa Resort, bringing together parish leaders and ministry heads for two days marked by prayerful reflection, honest dialogue, and faith-based planning. Guided by the theme “Growing in Service, Maturing in Virtues,” the gathering sought to renew the parish’s direction and strengthen its mission for the year ahead.
In his welcoming address, SPLP Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Bryan Ma. Eala, OSM, expressed his gratitude to all the ministries for their active participation and steadfast dedication to the parish. He encouraged everyone to continue serving with faith and generosity—remaining faithful servants of the Church and of one another, united in mission and charity.
A meaningful highlight of the planning was a brief formation shared by Sis. Kring Loquias, who reminded participants that, “If we do the most ordinary tasks of the day in a spirit of love and obedience to Him, our acts will deserve merit before God’s eyes,” and that, “Man is created to praise, revere, and serve God, our Lord, and by this means to save his soul.” These reflections grounded the planning in a deeper perspective—inviting everyone to see pastoral work not simply as “helping out,” but as a sacred and intentional response to God’s call.
With shared insights, and renewed commitment, St. Peregrine Parish continues its journey toward deeper discipleship, faithful service, and mature leadership—moving forward together in unity as one community in Christ.
