On the eve of the last day of the year 2025 and as the world prepared to welcome a new year, the faithful of St. Peregrine Laziosi Parish and Diocesan Shrine gathered in solemn devotion to Mary, the Holy Mother of God. The celebration was presided over by our Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Bryan Ma. Eala, OSM, who led the community in heartfelt thanksgiving and prayer, giving homage to Mary as the Mother of Christ.
The Mass was a beautiful reminder that the best way to begin a new year is by placing our hopes and plans in God’s hands. Parishioners came together to reflect on the blessings of the past year and to seek grace and guidance for the year ahead.

Fr. Bryan shared a powerful message of hope:
“As we start the new year, we also begin it with hope. We may have shortcomings and failures despite our good intentions, but that does not mean we are unworthy of a brighter future. There is always time for a new beginning. There is always time for change. God never loses hope in us, and He wants us to start again.”
His words remind us that no matter what happened in the past, God’s mercy and love give us the chance to renew ourselves and embrace a future filled with faith and grace.
May this year bring peace, joy, and abundant blessings to every family in our parish and beyond.
