In the spirit of Christian love and service, the St. Peregrine Laziosi Parish held a Blood Donation Drive on September 26, bringing parishioners and members of the community together for a simple yet meaningful act of generosity. The initiative was spearheaded by the Commission on Service to Human Promotion, in cooperation with the Philippine Red Cross Rizal Chapter – Muntinlupa Branch, with the shared goal of helping provide a precious resource to those who may need it in times of illness, emergencies, and medical treatment.

The blood donation drive was more than a health initiative; it was a concrete expression of compassion and solidarity with others. Every blood donation represents an act of selfless giving, offering hope and a chance for recovery to patients and families facing difficult circumstances. Through their willingness to share a part of themselves, donors demonstrated that serving others does not always require grand gestures. Sometimes, a simple act of generosity can make a life-changing difference.

The parish gratefully recognizes everyone who took part in the initiative, from the donors who generously shared their blood to the volunteers, organizers, and medical team who made the activity possible. The Blood Donation Drive reminds us that building a culture of care begins with being willing to respond when others are in need. Through initiatives such as this, our parish continues to live out the call to promote human dignity and place compassion into action, proving that when we give a little of ourselves, we can help give someone else another chance at life.
